Accessing land records in Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, and Karnataka has been greatly simplified through dedicated online portals. For Uttar Pradesh, the Bhulekh UP portal (http://upbhulekh.gov.in/) allows users to access land records by selecting the district, tehsil, and village, and entering details such as Khata number, Khasra number, or the owner’s name. This user-friendly platform ensures that landowners and interested parties can easily retrieve and download necessary documents without having to visit government offices.
In Madhya Pradesh, the MP Bhulekh portal (http://mpbhulekh.gov.in/) offers a similar service. By navigating to the "Free Services" section, users can choose their district, tehsil, and village, and then input details like the Khasra number or B-1 form number. This system streamlines the process of accessing land records, making it efficient for property owners and stakeholders to obtain accurate and up-to-date information about land ownership and transactions.
Karnataka’s Bhoomi portal (https://landrecords.karnataka.gov.in/) is another excellent resource for land records. By logging into the portal and selecting the appropriate district, taluk, and village, users can enter the survey number to view and download their land records. The Bhoomi portal’s integration of services like viewing RTC (Record of Rights, Tenancy and Crops) and Mutation Records ensures comprehensive access to land information, promoting transparency and ease of use for the public. |
